民国档案文件级目录著录错情问题探析—— 以福建省档案馆为例

摘要

民国档案文件级目录著录是国家重点档案保护与开发项目的重点内容,其在著录过程中存在明显的难点,加之著录人员自身的局限性,造成了著录错情远远超过国家重点档案文件级目录采集标准的要求。本文以福建省档案馆为例,通过对著录错情的类型分析、原因剖析,探讨提高民国档案文件级目录著录质量的有效对策。

Abstract

The description of document-level catalogue of archives of the Republic of China is the important part of the National Key Archives Protection and Development Project. Because of the obvious difficulties in the process of cataloging and the limitations of the recorders, there are so many recorded errors that far exceed the Data Collection Standards for the document-level catalogue of the National Key Archives. Taking the Fujian Provincial Archives as an example, the paper explores the effective countermeasures to improve the quality of the catalogue of Republican archives through the analysis of errors’types and reasons.
