摘要

《干部人事档案工作条例》立足党管干部、党管人才政策的深入实施及全面从严治党实践的深入开展对干部人事档案工作提出的新诉求,赋予干部人事档案工作定位,干部人事档案工作原则、体制、机制,干部人事档案工作者素质诉求新的规定性,体现了干部人事档案新的思维。贯彻干部人事档案工作新思维要求完善干部人事档案工作责任制、规范干部人事档案工作流程、丰富干部人事档案内容、提升干部人事档案工作者综合素质、立足大数据技术进行干部人事档案管理。

关键词：干部人事档案工作思维制度

Abstract

The Regulations on the work of cadres personnel Archives adheres to the demand of managing the cadres and talent policy for the party, and seeing party self-governance exercised fully and with rigor. It gives the orientation, the principle, the system and mechanism of cadres personnel archives work, and new requirement on its workers , which reflect the new thinking of cadres personnel archives. Carrying out the new thinking of cadres personnel archives work requires perfecting the responsibility system, standardizing the working process, enriching its contents , improving the comprehensive quality of workers, and using the big data technology.

[1] 习近平总书记在2013年全国组织工作会议上的讲话提出了新时代好干部标准,即信念坚定、为民服务、勤政务实、敢于担当、清正廉洁.
