α-淀粉酶在书画及档案揭粘中的安全性研究

摘要

α-淀粉酶成功应用于书画揭裱和档案砖的揭粘,但使用后是否对书画、档案造成影响及其残留对今后书画重裱和保存是否有影响是应用此项技术所需考量的重要安全因素。文章针对α-淀粉酶揭粘的安全性问题,通过对比传统水揭法,探讨α-淀粉酶对纸张机械性能和光学性能的影响。通过模拟旧画托裱试验研究,发现α-淀粉酶对重新托裱无明显不利影响。在此基础上,采用紫外荧光法,论证了α-淀粉酶残留的存在,并通过对比水清洗、乙醇溶液清洗和高温灭活等处理手段,发现水洗和乙醇溶液清洗具有较好的去除α-淀粉酶残留效果。

Abstract

Alpha-amylase has been successfully utilized to the mounting of paintings and archive bricks. One of the most significant factors of applying this technology safely is that whether α-amylase affects paintings and archives after being used and whether its residue has an adverse impact on painting remounting and preservation or not in the future. As regards to the safety of α-amylase in the process of mounting, influences of α-amylase on mechanical as well as optical properties of paper were investigated by comparing the traditional water mounting method. Furthermore, the experiment simulating the remounting of old paintings revealed that α-amylase had no obvious adverse effect on remounting. On this basis , the UV-fluorescence method was applied to demonstrate the existence of enzyme residues. And by comparing water rinse, ethanol solution rinse and high-temperature inactivation, it was found that rinse with water and ethanol solution had a better effect of removing enzymes.
