摘要

档案术语体系是反映档案理论的概念系统。连续体模型既建立了一个自下而上的、可靠的记录保存体系,也创建了一个连续的、体系的、多元的档案术语体系。“records”是该档案术语体系的元概念,是由“document”“record”“archive”“archives”组成的有机组合,能够把人类社会实践活动的过程联系起来,为各种社会行为提供“证据体系”支持。从逻辑和价值角度分析,连续体模型中“records”翻译为“记录”更为恰当。

Abstract

The system of archival terminology is a conceptual system reflecting the theory of archives. The continuum model establishes a bottom-up, reliable record-keeping system and a continuous, systematic and pluralistic archival terminology system.“Records”is a meta-concept of the archival terminology system, which is an organic combination of“document”,“record”,“archive”and“archives”. It can link the process of human social practice and provide“evidence system”support for various social behaviors. From the perspective of logic and value, it is more appropriate to translate“records”into“record”in continuum model.
