共建共享理念下公众参与档案馆志愿服务活动现状调查研究

摘要

共建共享理念是新形势下指导我国档案事业发展的重要理念,志愿服务是广大社会公众参与档案事业建设的重要途径。对我国公众参与档案馆志愿服务活动情况进行问卷调查,结果发现当前公众参与档案志愿服务活动的人数很少、参与比例很低,参与者主要是女性,年龄集中在21~40岁之间,参与人群主要是事业单位人员、学生和行政机关工作人员等;参与者整体文化程度较高,中东部地区人数较多,但总体参与次数较少,且主要集中在重大节假日期间,大多数志愿服务活动在档案馆或广场公园等公共场合进行,公众获取档案志愿服务活动信息的途径较为单一,主要通过文件通知、网络广播电视等渠道了解。最后以共建共享理念为指导提出：努力扩充志愿活动环节,不断丰富服务内容与项目;多平台、多渠道协同共建并加强联动宣传推介;构建面向公众需求的志愿服务机制,共享服务成果与效益等。

Abstract

The concept of co-construction and sharing is an important idea to guide the development of archives in China in the new situation,and voluntary service is an important way for the public to participate in the construction of archives. This paper makes a questionnaire survey on the public participation in voluntary service activities of archives in China. The results showed that the number of the public participation in archival voluntary service is very small,and the participation rate is very low; the participants are mainly women,as well as the age is mainly between 21 and 40 years old,and the participants are mainly staff of public institutions, students and administrative staff,etc.; the overall cultural level of the participants is relatively high,and the number of participants in the central and eastern regions is higher,but the total number of participation is relatively small,and mainly concentrated upon the festival and holiday. Most voluntary service activities are carried out in the archives and public places such as square parks. The access for the public to obtain information about archival voluntary service activities is relatively single,mainly through documents notification,network broadcasting and television channels. Most of the samples think that we should expand the activities and contents of archival voluntary service,as well as actively use all kinds of new media platforms to popularize it and speed up the construction of guarantee and incentive system at the same time. Finally,under the guidance of the concept of co-construction and sharing,the author puts forward some suggestions for promoting the archival voluntary service activities,including trying to expand voluntary activities,constantly enriching the service content and projects; multi-platform,multi-channel co-construction and strengthen the linkage promotion; building a voluntary service mechanism based on the public demand to share service achievements and benefits.
