摘要

中国当代档案学在人才培养与学科发展等方面取得了很多成就,但仍面临着三大危机：生源危机、档案学研究方法论危机、档案学研究成果危机。为使中国档案学教育和研究成果更具社会影响力、档案学得到更广泛的其他学科及社会的认同,中国当代档案学还需加强跨学科科研与教育,发展和完善档案学研究方法论体系;中国档案学学术共同体还需要有更多的社会责任担当,档案学的研究主题需要有更多的现实关怀。

Abstract

Chinese contemporary archival studies have made a great progress in talent training and discipline development. However,it still faces three crises：the crisis in the source of students,the crisis in the research methodology,and the crisis in the research products. In order to promote the development of Chinese contemporary archival studies,trans-disciplinary research and teaching needs to be enhanced, and the research methodology system needs to be developed. Meanwhile,the academic community of Chinese archival studies also needs to take on more social responsibilities and to study more humanistic research topics. Hence Chinese contemporary archival education and research would have more social influences,and archival studies would gain more social identification.
