摘要

OFD（Open Fixed-layout Document）是我国版式文档标准,其软件产品具有的自主可控性、安全性、技术先进性以及呈现效果不因软硬件环境、操作者的变化而变化的特点,在电子文件存储和交换起到重要的作用。本文基于文献调研法、实地调研和案例分析法,对目前我国OFD版式文档应用尤其是在档案领域应用现状、存在的问题进行了分析研究,提出了对应的解决对策。

Abstract

Open Fixed-layout Document is a national format document standard. Its software products are self-controlled, secure and technologically advanced. While, the presentation effect of OFD does not change due to the changes of software and hardware environment and operators. These features play an important role in electronic file storage and exchange. Through literature research, field survey and case analysis, the research analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the application of OFD format documents in China, especially in the field of archives, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
