档案机构在传统村落档案工作中的角色再探

摘要

传统村落是中国农耕文明最重要的活态遗存之一,传统村落档案是记载村落历史、触生社会记忆、促进集体认同、建构共生社群的重要载体。但限于主客观条件,档案机构在当下传统村落档案工作中处于边缘或缺位状态,未能有效履行法定职责、发挥专业能力。本文从档案机构在档案工作主场的规范制定、质量把关;在档案工作客场的技术输出、分工协调四个方面,探究档案机构介入传统村落档案工作的广度、深度、力度及具体实现路径,希望以此助力档案机构书写乡土中国、振兴乡村文化。

Abstract

Traditional village is one of the most important living remains of Chinese farming civilization. Traditional village archive is an important carrier of recording villages’history, generating social memory,facilitating collective identity and constructing symbiotic community. However, limited by the subjective and objective conditions,archival institutions have not fulfilled their statutory duties and unleashed professional ability due to the marginalization or absence in the traditional village archive work. This paper explores the extent,depth,potency dimension and detailed path of archival institutions’participation in the traditional village archive work from four aspects as follows: formulating regulations and controlling quality in the archival management field,outputting techniques and coordinating all parties in the archival management field. By this way archival institutions could be supported to better record rural China and revitalize rural culture.
