摘要

本文对我国档案数字化加工管理和监理现状进行分析,了解到当前档案数字化加工监理模式的局限性,以监理角色定位和职责担当作为切入点,结合档案数字化加工的确定性需求,探索档案数字化加工的“自管式、代管式、单管式、全管式”4种监理模式,并根据4种模式的特点进一步分析各自的适用性,为档案数字化加工监理服务规范化提供了一定的参考。

Abstract

This paper analyzes the status of digitized processing management and supervision of archives in our country, and knows the limitation of digitized processing supervision mode of current archives. Beginning with the supervision of the role positioning and responsibility and combining with the definite demand of digitized processing of archives, this paper explores four supervisory modes—self management mode, agent management mode, single-management mode, all-management mode,and analyzes their availability according their respective characteristics to provide a reference for the standardization of supervision services to archives digitized processing.
