国家综合档案馆在社交媒体信息存档中的角色定位研究

摘要

社交媒体信息是网络时代人类实践活动的重要记录,是社会记忆的特殊组成部分。鉴于社交媒体平台的不稳定性,如果不对有价值的社交媒体信息进行合理保存,宝贵的公共历史与记忆资源就有可能消失。国家综合档案馆作为公共信息机构,有必要积极开展与参与社交媒体信息的存档实践,发挥相应的作用。国家综合档案馆应成为政务社交媒体信息存档工作的责任主体,在其中充当主导者的角色;应在非政务社交媒体信息存档中扮演协助者与参与者的角色,为个人或组织的社交媒体信息存档行为提供指导与帮助。

Abstract

Social media information is a very important record of human practice in the Internet era, and it is also especial component of social memory. Given the instability of social media platforms, the precious public historical and memorial resources might disappear if the valuable social media information are not preserved well. As a kind of public information organizations, it is necessary for the national comprehensive archives to carry out and take part in social media information archiving actively to play their important function. The national comprehensive archives should act as the dominant power in government social media information archiving, while the collaborator and participant in non-government social media information archiving to provide guidance and assistance for individual and organizations.
