价值视阈下电子文件管理需求再分析

摘要

价值运动可以反映事物的本质属性。电子文件价值运动很好地反映了电子文件生命运动的本质特征,是理解和把握电子文件特质、开展电子文件科学管理的重要观察视角。文章从电子文件的情报价值和凭证价值两个视角分析了电子文件的价值运动特征,紧密结合人的需求因子再次分析了电子文件管理需求,以期为电子文件的科学管理提供参考。

Abstract

Valuation movement can reflect the essential attribute of an object. Moreover, the valuation movement reveals the essential characters of electronic records, which is an important viewpoint to grasp the essence of electronic records and develop the scientific management of electronic records. This paper analyzes the valuation movement of electronic records from the vision of its information valuation and credence valuation. Thus, it achieves the management requirements of electronic records from people’s demanding factor, with the expectation of offering reference for the scientific management of electronic records.
