企业数字档案馆三元规范体系构建与实践应用研究

摘要

随着信息化进程不断发展,企业电子档案因其管理上的便利、安全、高效,越来越为企业管理工作所重视。企业电子档案呈现出多形式、多内容、多数据来源（异质、异构、多源化）的特点,也对电子档案资源管理提出了考验。本文以中国联通数字档案馆系统为实例,通过构建三元规范体系模型,提出电子档案规范仓储的新型管理模式,以实现电子档案规范的灵活配置;提升数字档案信息系统内部数据的管理效果,同时解决与其他信息系统之间数据交互时所产生的管理规范混淆的问题,最终保障企业电子档案的数据真实性、完整性、有效性和可用性。

Abstract

With the development of information technology, for the reason of its features of convenience, safe and efficient, enterprises pay more and more attention to the electronic archive. Enterprise electronic archives show the characteristics of multi-form, multi-content, multi-source, however, the archives resource management will be put to a test. This paper, taking China Unicom Digital Archives System as an example, through the construction of three elements standard model, putting forward the new management model of electronic archives specification storage, and to achieve the flexible configuration of electronic archives. Enhance the digital archives information system internal data management effect, and at the same time to solve the confusions of management specification, which generated by data-interaction with other information systems. And ultimately guarantee the authenticity, completeness, validity and usability of the enterprise electronic archives data.
