口述档案伦理问题探究

摘要

在界定口述档案伦理这一概念的基础上,对贯穿口述档案采集、整理和利用过程中的主要伦理考量,包括历史真实与隐私保护、可能损害与未来效益、信息失衡与人道考虑等进行了深入分析,并对口述档案伦理关涉的各个主体,即访谈者、访谈执行机构和收藏机构,他们分别所应遵从的伦理规范进行了详尽阐述。并指出伦理问题跟法律问题一样,应当引起重视,审慎预访。
