治理视域下的档案工作发展对策探究

摘要

国家治理体系与治理能力现代化建设要求实现档案工作从传统管理向治理转型。本文提出用档案治理思维推动档案治理体系与治理能力建设、改革档案信息资源开发制度、实现档案信息资源利用网络化与数字化成为现阶段档案治理实践开展亟待解决的问题。

Abstract

The modernization of national governance system and governance ability requires the transformation of the archival work from traditional management to governance. This paper points out that it is urgent to solve the problem of archives governance practice by promoting the building of archives governance system and governance ability, reforming archival information resource development system, realizing archival information resource utilization network and digitization.
