摘要

中国近代海关档案文献的编纂可分为三个历史阶段：新中国初期、1980—2000年以及2000年以后,不同阶段在编纂思想、编纂体例、辅文撰写和出版形式上都有各自的特点、不足。加强国内外合作、收集华员及常关档案;增编工具书以强化翻译、按类或按机构编排、考订源流及数字化是今后编纂值得关注的路径。

Abstract

The compilation of the archival documents of the Chinese maritime customs service can be divided into three historic stages: early new China, 1980 to 2000, and after 2000. Different stages have different characteristics and also deficiencies in the aspects of compilation intention, compilation rules and layout, auxiliary article writing, and form of publication. These aspects which are noteworthy in future writing include strengthening the domestic and overseas cooperation, collecting the archives of China members and native customs, increasing the writing of reference books to strengthen translation, arranging according to categories or institutions, examining and correcting origin and development, and digitization.
