摘要

为避免数据恢复过程中自然因素和人为因素对数字档案真实性的破坏,发挥数字档案的价值,数据恢复后数字档案真实性认证非常必要。国内外相关法律规定中涉及数字档案真实性的内容对于指导数据恢复后数字档案真实性认证的实践具有重要的指导和参考意义。笔者在借鉴相关规定的基础上,提出不同情况下档案部门进行数据恢复后数字档案真实性认证的建议。

Abstract

To avoid natural and man-made factors to destroy the authenticity of digital archives during data recovery, and to maintain the value of digital archives, authentication after data recovery is absolutely indispensable. Legal provisions relating to authenticity of the digital archives at home and abroad is of great guiding significance to direct authentication of digital archives after data restore. On the basis of the relevant provisions, the paper puts forward the proposal of verifying the authenticity of digital archives after data recovery in different cases.
