摘要

本文针对政府信息公开过程中,机关档案室信息公开存在的问题,深入分析了机关档案室的特殊地位和作用,并对其信息公开的主体、客体进行了详细的阐释。针对“政府公开信息查阅中心”的设立、公开原则的选择、保密审查的借鉴等问题提出了具体的对策建议。

Abstract

This paper, is about the special status and role of the government archives agents according to the deeply analyzing the process of the government information open. In the meantime, it particularly talks about the subject and object of the archives open. For the problems with the establishment of “information open center”of the government archives agents, the principle of public choice, confidential review of the reference and other issues, this paper puts forward specific suggestions.
