档案基金会资金筹集与运用策略探析——以美国国家档案馆基金会为例

摘要

美国国家档案馆基金会自1992年建立以来,成功吸引了大量资金支持国家档案馆各类服务项目建设,为国家档案馆提供资金和创意支持。本文探究美国国家档案馆基金会筹集资金和运用资金策略,以期为其他公益性非营利组织在档案事业发展过程中发挥效用、服务于档案事业提供借鉴。

Abstract

The United States has gradually set up many foundations for archives around the nation in order to protect history resources and serve the public better. The National Archives Foundation, which established in 1992, has raised fund successfully to support the construction of the National Archives and its various public programs, and has also provided funds and creative support for the national archives. How to raise funds and use the fund well are the roots of the foundation’s work. In this paper, the authors focus on exploring the strategies of NAF to raise and use the fund in order to make other archives foundations work better, which will provide reference significance for the development of archival undertaking and give full play to the non-profit organizations in the development of archival undertakings.
