云计算环境下数字档案馆的安全评估体系研究

摘要

云计算技术为数字档案管理提供了更为实效和安全的可扩展平台。关注云计算环境下数字档案馆各构成要素的安全,是云数字档案馆在建设与运行中需要面临的重要课题。本文通过分析、整合云计算环境下数字档案馆可能面临的各类风险,建立了包括信息系统安全要素、云计算技术安全要素、数字档案安全要素、法律法规制度要素、组织内部支持要素、管理控制安全要素以及目标与反馈要素在内的安全评估指标体系,利用模糊综合评价法对已得云数字档案馆安全评估体系的数学模型进行模糊评价,提出了一套适用于云数字档案馆的安全评估体系。

Abstract

The cloud computing technology provides a more effective and safe platform for digital archives management. Focusing on the security of some factors of digital archives in the cloud computing condition is a significant project in the construction and operation of the Cloud Digital Archives. Through the analysis and the integration of various risks in cloud computing condition, which Digital Archives might face, the paper establishes the security evaluation index system including seven security factors,which are information system security, cloud computing technology security, digital archives security, laws and institutions security, support from internal organization, management and control security, objective and feedback. Using the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation to estimate the mathematical model of the above-mentioned Cloud Digital Archives security evaluation system, the paper puts up with a set of security evaluation system which suits the Cloud Digital Archives.
