摘要

档案一直扮演着凭证工具、管理工具乃至资源配置工具的角色,以“工具”的视角来看待档案,是档案价值实现的重要基础。当前档案价值在社会多个范围内被广泛发掘、认知之后必然吸引、激发更多的主体尤其是市场主体以更为丰富、多元的方式参与档案信息资源产品或服务中来,以“产品”的眼光来检验其价值,是档案价值认知以及实现的重要转型。基于市场化和信息化趋势,融入“以市场作为资源配置基础”的市场经济业态之中,以“产业”的胸怀来发展档案信息产业,是档案价值实现的全面跨越。

Abstract

Archives have been playing the role of evidence tools, management tools and resource allocation tools, and regarding archives as "tools", is an important basis for the realization of archives value. After the current archives value is widely explored and recognized in various social fields, correspondingly it will be bound to attract and inspire more subjects, in particular the market subject, to participate in the archives information resources products or services in more abundant and diverse ways , to look archives as "products" to test its value, which is an important transformation of archival value cognition and realization. Based on the trend of marketization and informatization, integrating into the market economy formats which "takes the market as the foundation of resources allocation", and developing archives information industry with "industrialization thought”are the full across of realization of archives value.
