美国企业文件和档案管理机制研究
Research on the Management Mechanism of American Corporation Records and Archives
摘要
本文通过对美国企业文件和档案管理法律法规及其参与主体和职责的梳理,揭示出美国企业文件和档案管理运作机制,即该机制将外部法律遵从要求转化成企业内在需求,再将社会力量引入企业文件和档案管理各业务活动中。探讨该模式对我国企业文件和档案管理模式的适用性。
