摘要

大数据时代,档案数据急剧增长,档案类型复杂多样,社会信息需求广泛多元,对档案工作理念、档案资源体系、档案管理模式和服务方式带来巨大冲击。作为向社会和档案部门输送人才的档案学专业高等教育,同样也面临着转变教育观念、改革教学内容和课程体系、创新教学方式和培养机制、改善教育生态等方面的挑战与变革。

关键词：大数据时代档案学专业高等教育人才培养

Abstract

In the era of big data, the rapid growth of archives, diversified archives and demand information, have a great effect on archival work. The concepts of archival work, archives resources system, archives management and service mode have been affected greatly. As sending talents to society and archives departments, archives higher education faces the change of education concept, teaching content, teaching methods, cultivation way and the ecology of education.
