企业档案信息化的探索与实践——以东汽综合档案信息化平台建设为例

摘要

东方汽轮机有限公司是中国最大的发电设备制造企业之一。作为四川省制造业信息化的示范企业,东汽档案馆一直秉承以档案信息资源建设为核心、以高效便捷提供利用为目的的工作理念,勇于开拓,积极探索,取得了一定成效。本文从东汽档案信息化工作的现状与问题入手,详细阐述了综合档案信息化平台的探索与实践工作,并就如何根据企业实际情况完善信息化建设进行了深入思考,借以抛砖引玉,与同行探讨提高。

Abstract

Dong Fang Turbine Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “DTC”) is one of the largest enterprises specialized in developing and manufacturing of power equipments in China. As the demonstration enterprise of informatization construction in manufacturing of Sichuan province, DTC archives always considers the construction of archives information resources as the core task and is trying to provide more efficient and convenient means of utilization. This article describes the current status and problems of archival informatization construction in DTC archives in the first place, and then it elaborates the exploration procedure based on our practical experience. Also, this article puts forward the in-depth thoughts of how to improve the informatization construction in archives.
