摘要

本文基于案例和西方学者研究成果,提出社群范式下档案对社会公正与和解进程的作用模式——在“和平”的前提下,利用档案的凭证价值补充、纠正历史,揭示过去的不公正行为,通过抗议、协商要求确定责任并获得补偿,档案从“权力的工具”变为“权利的工具”实现其权利的解放,而社会公正也得以维护,最终实现社会和解。

Abstract

Based on some cases and research achievements of Western scholars, the paper suggests a module to explain how archives act in a social justice process. Under the precondition of peace, archives can be used to reveal past injustice and complement history because of their voucher value. And then the sufferers will claim to identify the accountability and ask for compensation. Thus, “the tools of power” becomes “the tools of rights”, which could be called the release of archival rights. At the same time, social justice can be maintained and ultimately social reconciliation can be realized.
