摘要

本文从宏观鉴定法的基本思想及特性出发,通过与我国现行档案价值鉴定方法的比较,分析新形势下宏观鉴定法在档案价值鉴定工作中的运用和创新,提出了如何从思想上重新审视和重视,以及从制度上如何建立新的规则,并对档案人员提出了更高的要求和挑战。

Abstract

This article starts from the fundamental idea and particularity of macro identification method, and after comparing with identification method of archive value, it analyzes the application and innovation of macro identification method in identification work of archival value, and further proposes how to re-examine and attach importance to the method on thought, and how to build new rules from the system, and it would be higher requirement and challenge to archival workers.
