档案强省评价指标体系的构建思考——以广东省档案强省评价指标体系构建为例

摘要

本文首先在对我国各省档案事业的建设与发展还存在一些突出的共性问题进行分析的基础上,指出通过建立和健全合理的评价全省档案事业发展情况的综合评价指标体系,形成长期有效的评价机制,是实现档案强省的战略目标的有效路径。并以广东省档案强省指标体系构建为例,从构建原则、构建思路、指标体系内容、指标权重、指标体系检验及完善、测评实施等方面分析探讨了档案强省指标体系构建的实践经验。

Abstract

Based on the analysis of some common problems related to the construction and development of archival work in each province in our country, the paper points out that constructing comprehensive evaluation system and establishing a long-term effective evaluation mechanism is a useful way to achieve the strategic objectives of a strong archives province. Taking the construction of the evaluation system for strong archives province in Guangdong as an example, the paper explores the experiences from some angles such as construction principles, construction ideas, index weights, assessments and so on.
