摘要

微博可促进部门之间信息共享、使档案工作透明化、优化档案工作方式、利于档案部门关注档案新话题,为档案部门之间进行良性互动提供了诸多可能。本文利用网络调查法,发现档案部门利用微博互动现存的命名混乱、门户繁杂、互动率低、微博内容杂乱等问题;提出通过积极引导建立官方微博,加强微博认证,选择统一门户,规范微博内容发布,以及组织创立微博群,重构档案部门互动关系。

Abstract

Micro-blog can promote information sharing among archives department, make archive work more transparency, optimize the mode of archive work, and focus on newest topics in archive areas, which makes possibility of positive interaction among archive departments. By using network survey, this article presents the interactive situation of micro-blog in the archive departments, which includes naming clutter, complex web portal, and little interaction, mixed content, and so on. Therefore, the article promotes that we should establish official micro-blog, strengthen the micro-blog certification, choose unified portal, standardize micro-blog content publication and create micro-blog group to renegotiate interactive relationship among archive departments.
