新常态下企业档案工作思考

摘要

新常态下的企业档案工作呈现出新的遵循和新的规律,要求企业档案工作者必须创新思维、创新思路、创新方法。设立专题档案,将档案工作进一步融入集团工作;设立企业重大活动重要事项专项档案,记载辉煌给力未来;加强“三个数据”积累工作,促进企业技术能力的提升;建设好全系统数字档案馆,这些正是成为创新兵器工业档案工作的重要着眼点和落脚点。

Abstract

The business records management under the “New Normal” is assuming new rules, which requires the archivists to innovate and develop new ideas and methods. It is important to the innovation of ordnance industries records management to focus on establishing subject records and special records for major events, strengthening the collection of “Three Kinds of Data” and building system-wide digital archives.
