摘要

本文在对国内高校档案规章制度制定状况进行调研的基础上,以现行高校档案法规为依据,分析研究高校档案规章制度的制定依据与要求、种类与特点、存在问题与解决方法,为各个高校制定符合实际的高质量档案规章制度提供参考建议。

Abstract

University archives rules and regulations are the standards and codes of conduct of university archives management work. Based on research of domestic university archives bylaws status,the analysis of university archives rules and regulations has been carried out on the formulating requirements, the types and characteristics of rules and regulations,for the purpose to provide a reference recommendations to the development of high-quality rules and regulations in line with the actual files for the colleges and universities.
