摘要

企业档案编研工作是企业档案管理的一项基础性工作。本文通过分析做好企业档案编研工作的意义、影响企业档案编研工作的主要因素,提出了加强企业档案编研工作的对策,并具体介绍了档案编研工作服务企业文化建设的实践案例。

Abstract

Enterprise archives compilation work is a fundamental work in the management of enterprise archives. In this article, countermeasures for enhancing compilation work were put forward by analyzing the significance of how to do the work better and main factors which impact compilation work of enterprise archives. It concretely introduces practical cases in compilation work of enterprise archives servicing for development of enterprise culture.
