摘要

论文引入晶体模型的场景式知识管理模式,阐述了此模式的构建理念和构建体系,并以该模式为基础,探讨档案管理系统的构建,分别从建设理念、目标需求和系统功能三个方面进行了阐述,在此基础上分析了该模式下的档案管理系统构建的优势,即发挥档案的集群效应、使档案价值最大化、真正实现“死”档“活”用。最后分析了这种类型的档案管理系统构建对于知识管理发展的重要意义。

Abstract

This article draws into the scene-based knowledge management model of the crystal model, and explains the construction concepts and construction system. Based on this, it discusses the construction of archives management system, and also studies the construction concept, target requirements, system functions of archives management system, and gives a brief analysis to strengths on the archives management system, such as playing cluster effect of archives, maximizing the archives value and making good use of the fixed archives, so that clarifying significance to develop knowledge management by knowledge management system construction.
