基于职业认知的档案职业发展审视

摘要

职业化是现代社会实践发展的基本特征。通过科学的职业认知来解决职业的出发点、职业目标,是实现职业化的基本前提。从人的自由全面发展对档案信息的需求出发来界定档案职业价值及其所承担的基本责任,是科学把握当下及未来档案职业特征应有的出发点。以此为基础,我们可以发现目前档案职业定位的局限性,进而明确树立档案使命精神、公平服务理念与创新精神的必要性。在此基础上,确立开放、合作的档案工作机制,实现档案工作的网络化,成为推动我国档案职业发展亟待解决的问题。

Abstract

Professionalism is an essential feature of social practice development in modern times, and the basic premise to resolve the starting point and career goal of professional is to use scientific professional cognitive. The starting point should seize occupational characteristics at present and future scientifically, which means to define the value of archival professional and its basic responsibility, and begin with people’s need on archives information for their full and free development. As a basis, we can find the limitations of the current archival career orientation, and thus establish the necessity of clear archives mission vigor, fair service concept and innovative spirit. On above basis, establishing archives` open and cooperative working mechanism and achieving archival work network has become an urgent problem on promoting the development of archival professional.
