档案库房智能化管理的思考与实践

摘要

随着档案实体数量的不断增多,各级档案馆需要应对的档案库房管理所面临的挑战日益突出。本文以国家电网公司档案馆为样本,分析了当前档案库房管理的现状及存在的主要问题,对现代信息技术、物联网技术等在提升档案实体及库房管理水平和效率中的应用进行了研究分析,并介绍了国家电网公司档案馆在档案库房智能化管理方面的初步实践和探索。

Abstract

With the increase of archival documents in amount, archives at different levels have to deal with the problem of archival repository shortage. The author takes the SGCC archives as an example to analyzes the status of archival repository management, especially the applications of modern information technology and Internet of things in the promotion of effectiveness and efficiency of archival physics and archival repository. The author also introduces the explorations of SGCC archives in this field.
