电子文件可信管理关键问题分析
Analysis on Key Problem of Trusted Electronic Records Management
摘要
电子文件管理已成为政府和学界关注的焦点、热点和难点问题。其症结主要体现在电子文件可信影响因素增加,国内建设尚未有相应标准,以及可信管理的审计认证三个方面。综合分析国内外电子文件可信管理的研究现状,提出当前电子文件可信管理迫切需要解决的两个关键问题是建立电子文件可信管理的保障机制,设计科学合理的审计认证内容、方法与机制,进一步对其进行简要分析。
