摘要

文章在分析、总结国内外有关缩微品法律认可性与档案数字化标准、数字化实践经验的基础上,根据电子档案真实性、完整性、可靠性与可用性保障要求,提出了促进纸质档案数字副本凭证效力的基本思路、方法与具体措施。
