Study on Evaluation Models of Archival Information Service from Different Angles
摘要
本文详细介绍三种档案信息服务评估模式,即面向结果的档案信息服务评估模式,以及基于绩效的SCP范式评估方法的运用;面向流程的档案信息服务评估模式,以及基于价值链的PRM效益评估方法的运用;面向结果和流程的档案信息服务综合评估模式,以及基于平衡计分卡方法的运用。
