英国国家档案馆信息公开项目对我国档案信息公开与服务的启示
UK National Archives’ Publication Scheme and Its Enlightenment to Our Archival Information Open Access and Services
摘要
本文通过分析英国国家档案馆开放信息服务及其publication scheme的内涵,并与我国档案信息公开工作进行比较分析,指出我国档案信息公开指南中存在的不足,进而提出一些建设性对策。
