摘要

网络环境下档案用户的活动空间、分布特征及利用需求都发生了极大的变化。档案用户的泛在性及需求的多元性为档案部门开展用户研究提出了新的挑战。本文用系统的视角提出了新环境下档案用户资源整合与培育的五种策略。将用户整合与培育工作的视角覆盖家庭、学校、民生、科学研究及社交网络等各个领域,从社会基层着手,构筑网络化、立体化的社会档案意识培育体系,推动档案用户群体数量的稳步增长。

Abstract

The activity venue, distribution and utilization requirements of archival users have changed greatly under the networked environment. The ubiquity and diversity of users demand presents new challenges to archival institutions. With the systematic perspective, this paper proposes five strategies of the integration and cultivation of archival users which cover many fields including families, school life, people’s livelihood, research work and social network. Starting from the grassroots level, this work will promote a steady growth of archival users group via the construction of networked and three-dimensional social?archival consciousness?cultivation system.
